Coach Brigi / Education first, programs second.

Education first, programs second.

How I coach, what the assessment is for, and why the plan matters less than understanding it. Corrective exercise, nutrition and behaviour change, in one place.

Why education comes first

A program is a decision someone else made for a body they do not have. That is why it works for six weeks and then stops: the first thing that changes is your week, not your body. I would rather you understood what to eat and why, how to train and how hard, and what to change when progress stalls. Then a bad month is a problem you can solve, not a reason to start again.

What that looks like in practice

  • Every recommendation gets a reason, in plain language, so you can defend it to yourself on a Thursday night.
  • Nothing is written on the first call. The assessment comes first, then the movement analysis, then the nutrition assessment, then the program.
  • The program lives in the app with short videos for how to do a movement and long-form explanations for why it is in your plan.
  • Weekly check-ins are answered with a personal video reply, not a template.
  • Progress is measured with InBody at five points in the year, benchmarks inside your training, your behaviour baselines and your own report.

What I do not do

  • I do not promise kilograms or a body-fat number before we start. Body composition moves differently for different people.
  • I do not publish before and after photos. A photo cannot show strength, knowledge, your relationship with food or how you handle stress.
  • I do not work outside my scope. I hold a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification from NASM, and I still refer clients to a physiotherapist or a doctor the moment I see that it is needed.
  • I do not sell supplements, detoxes or a new method that someone is shouting about online.

Where it comes from

I have worked in this industry my whole life. It started with dancing, then teaching, then personal training, and it became corrective exercise and advanced nutrition studies. I coach online from Spain, mostly with clients across Europe and increasingly across the Middle East and Asia.

The approach is evidence based and deliberately unfashionable. Nutrition, training and recovery run on principles that do not change every weekend. The industry has done a poor job of making those principles simple, so most people are left with rules instead of understanding. That is the gap I work in.

Who it suits

People who want a stronger, leaner body and are willing to put in the practice. People who have already tried the sensible things and want to know why they stopped working. People who would rather learn a principle than follow a document.

If that sounds like a longer road than you want, the free assessment will tell you honestly, including when the answer is not me.
